Please note that we intend to donate as much of the net proceeds as possible to the breast cancer patients in need of our assistance at Grossmont Hospital’s David and Donna Long Center For Cancer Treatment, as well as the breast cancer research department at City Of Hope, in accordance with the mission laid out in our Articles Of Incorporation.

Foundation officers are participating solely on a voluntary basis with no compensation.

Forman’s Foundation To Find A Cure is a nonprofit corporation organized under California law. It has applied for recognition, retroactive to its incorporation, of its tax-exempt status under Sec. 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and the corresponding provision under California tax law. Such approval is expected. Please consult your tax advisor to determine the tax deductibility of your contribution.
